The problem with doing reflection posts is eleven months is a long time to reflect upon… 2025 was not the most positive year for me or my family, and finding the good in what was largely a very difficult year is tough.

There has been a lot of personal development for me – I started the Yoga Teacher Training at Above Average Wellness… I completed my Reiki Training, so I am a Reiki facilitator, though I’ve only really practiced on Finn (our dog) BUT… While he was getting seizures like clockwork every 6 weeks (for nearly 2 years), he hasn’t had one since August or September, I can’t remember which! SUCCESS!

I got my office built!!! This was a HUGE goal for me this year and I (we) got it done. It is SO much more than an office. It is my dream space. Part office, part studio and FULLY renovated family room! Thanks to my incredible niece, brother-in-law, sister, and my niece’s boyfriend! SUCCESS! I will work on a full post about it and publish it in the New Year, it truly is a magnificent transformation!

Big or small, it was good to look back and think of the successes of the past year, these two especially. I am glad I had the opportunity to go back over the year and think about things a little more and see there were pluses. 🙂
